The High Line Walk - starting at Hudson Yards
Doing the walk along the High Line, North to South
Came out of the subway at Hudson Yards and onto a massive building site, huge buildings .
All part of the ongoing "Hudson Yards real estate" development
Even with a wide angle lens, its impossible to get the complete shots
Do you see the Aircraft Carrier in the background - that's the USS Intrepid at the Sea, Air and Space Museum. Never had the time to go there...
Now that's what I call a train station
These are the West Side Yards feeding into Penn Station and for train storage.
All the new building are part of the "Hudson Yards" development
And the High Line walk. Its a 1.45 mile long walk along an old elevated railroad. Its a free and wonderful walk, a public park.
Sections are still being opened up and planted out
It might take them a while, maybe a bigger brush?
So many really impressive buildings to see
The top of the green building in the middle is amazing, just tricky to get the shot
I thought he was in London whilst we are in New York?
One of my favourite shots, looking north west across 21st St
West 20th St and 10th Ave car parking
Looking across West 18th Street and 10th Avenue
Coffee and Tea time
The Meatpacking District
I like the Horse!
And finally at the Whitney for a browse around
A view over the Hudson to Jersey City
Another Coffee and Tea break is needed
and time to go back to JC
