Trachycarpus fortunei 

Update - October 2020

Since buying my first  Trachycarpus last year, I have added to my collection.  Here it is with a much larger specimen bought early this year from the same specialist garden centre [Palm Centre in Ham, Richmond upon Thames, England]

January 2019

A new purchase this year. I think its a fortunei, looks like one to me.  Also called Chinese windmill palm or Chusan palm.
