Still concerned about the brown patches on the tree but at least it appears to have strong healthy growth at the top. I have changed the earth and moved to it a different part of the garden to give it more space.

I am a bit concerned about its health.   It has browning of its lower branches, although you can't really see it in this picture however. 

Looking on the web, some suggest lack of watering, lack of fresh air and wrong soils.  Its over 10-years old so its location is seems fine.   I changed the earth in October 2018 and freshened it up a bit so hopefully all will be well. 

Have also read that its natural browning and not to worry - maybe that's the best advice!
